Unfinished work
Put up a stairs the wrong way which I stated at the time. Stairs fell apart the day after being done. Was told they would be back to fix, never showed up, was promised a refund and of course never came through. Was quite and expensive job for unfinished work and the fact it’s now difficult to get in the door.
